8 18 gauge 5mm ID Red Rings

14 18 gauge 3.75mm ID Red Rings

80 20 gauge 3mm ID Silver Rings

 

 

Items to bring

Bead Mat

2 bent nose pliers or flat nose plyers or one of each

Either way you need 2 pliers to open and close the jump rings

Earring wires

4mm Round Bead (I used 3 different color pearls) About 141 maybe more or less depending on length

 

15/0 seed beads (around 10grams)

11/0 seed beads (less than 10 grams)

You may want to get more of your pearls and seed beads so you have enough to make earrings and a necklace.

Stretchy cord or Beading wire- if using beading wire you will need a clasp for the bracelet and crimps

3mm Head Pins for earrings and Pendant

Glue (Hypo Cement or Loctite)

Fishing Line 12 lb I got it at Walmart $3 ish and you get a lot of yards. I will have mine if needed

Basic tools- Round Nose plyers, Flat nose, Bent Nose, Nippers

Statement Necklace Supply List

Kumihimo Statement Necklace Supply List

8/0 or 6/0 seed beads for the top part of the necklace – How many you need will be determined by how long your necklace is. Also I used 2 colors in mine

8/0- 720 beads

6/0 – 600 beads

4mm to 8mm beads and drops Assorted

You will need 8 different beads for a count of 15 each

Clon or Slon cord

Ends

Clasp

Glue- Hypo cement or 2 part epoxy or Loctite – something you can control and put out a small amount

Kumi Board

Bobbins (if you like to work with them)

Weight (if you like to work with it)

Stop beads or clips. 8 of them

 

I will go over how to determine how many beads needed to make a certain length by bead size and how much cord is needed for length.
